Job Role

Account management of existing customers with a view to building accounts and up selling other business products
Retaining new business
Provide an excellent service to develop further sales
General sales administration
Business to business only
Good friendly telephone manner
Excellent customer service skills
Enjoy working towards and achieving targets
We are looking for people with a positive can-do attitude that are prepared to learn – Full training given, sales experience is essential.

Salary:£18,000 plus bonuses, company pension, 20 days holiday plus annual Christmas shutdown, free parking.

Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm with an hour for lunch.

We have a vacancy for an Internal Sales / Customer Service person, the duties will include answering telephone calls, taking and imputing orders, making outbound calls to customers, dealing with returns and queries. The applicant must have an excellent telephone manner, an eye for detail and be computer literate.
We offer a good basic salary, with bonuses and commission also available, 20 days holiday.
We are open Monday - Friday 9am until 5:30pm and you get an hour's lunch.
