A website shouldn’t make people work hard to figure out who you are.It shouldn’t leave them scrolling around confused, trying to work out what you actually do, whether you can help them, or how to even contact you.

The best websites feel calm. They guide people naturally. They answer questions before they’re asked. They help people feel reassured enough to take the next step. That’s the side of website design I care about most.

Not just how a website looks… but how it makes people feel when they land on it. The goal is always clarity, trust, confidence and making it easy for people to reach out.

One of the biggest mistakes I see?

Businesses focusing on making a website look “fancy” before making it clear.

A clear website builds confidence - A confusing one loses enquiries.

Simple doesn’t mean basic.
It means intentional - Pretty websites can look impressive, but if visitors don’t understand what you do, who it’s for, or what to do next… they leave.

Clarity matters more than clutter. Your website should guide people, not overwhelm them.
