Having fun getting stuck into an amazing new modular synth from the AE (Abused Electronics) mini modular. The studio has transformed into a playground of patch cables and an array of incredible synth sounds!

We are really enjoying exploring and experimenting with all of its many capabilities. This thing really brings a new level of creativity to crafting sounds from the ground up and brings a truly different sonic pallette into play. 🎛⚡️🔌

We have been really delving into the vibe at Big Jelly! Last night’s drum session was nothing short of large. Our spacious live room, illuminated by warm red lights set the perfect mood for some serious rhythm creation. The energy was just as large as the drum sound coming from this vintage 70s Gretsch kit partnered with some Coles ribbons high in the room. 🎙🥁

We have a lot of exciting sessions coming up over the next few months! The natural daylight pours into our chapel windows throughout the day and into the late evenings, meaning that we still get to appreciate some summer! ☀️
