We are absolutely over the moon to have been awarded two certificates this week.
Firstly we are now PAS43 certified. This is the industry standard for recovery operations and holding this qualification is a prerequisite to signing up with the UKs leading motoring clubs and large recovery operators. The qualification covers health & safety systems, truck compliance, equipment carried, maintenance schedules, operator safe systems of work and training compliance just to name a few things.
Secondly we have also been awarded ISO 9001 which demonstrates a commitment to implementing and maintaining a suite of robust polices and procedures.
Both these certificates however only last for 1 year and we will now be audited annually to show that we are maintaining the professional standard we have attained.
What does this mean for the future ?
Having put the hard work in to obtain these certificates its onwards and upwards. We will hopefully have more good news to share in the coming weeks in relation to a new vehicle and an increase in staffing as we approach new recovery partners to work alongside. More news on this as it comes.
We really cant express our joy in what this means for the business and are so proud we have come this far😊
