Week 20 at our Rayeligh Development project and we are almost practiclty complete, ready for the last big push! Doors, kitchen, bathrooms, finished floors have all been installed. Landscaping works are well underway and we are now working our way out! This project will be back on the market ready for resale early Dec 🔨

Week 14 at our Rayleigh development project and roof is now fully complete, we are due to drop the scaff this week ready for silcone render to start. All plaster is complete, upstairs 2nd fixed ready for spraying!!! We now have a 6 week close out program to install kitchen / utility, bathrooms and finishes!! keep and eye out to see what can be a achieved in just 20 weeks!!!

Week 12

Great progress at our Rayleigh Renovation project. We are now water tight awaiting windows Thursday! Plastering is well underway and will be complete Friday ready for 2nd fix! Aiming to have this one back on the market late December ready for a new owner 💪🏼

Great first 6 week progress on our new Development project in Rayeligh..

We now have the following work comeplete ready to start first fix Carpentry!!

Groundworks
Foundations
DPC
Block and beam floor
Block work to wall plate
Steel work installed
Chimneh stacks removed

This development will see an ordinal 2 bed bungalow stripped back to structure and re built to a 4 bed family home including the following

Front living room
Full landscape package to rear garden
New 3 car drive
Underfloor heating to ground floor

Week 12 and our loft Conversion in rayeligh is complete…. Now we are ready to start phase 2, a complete refurb of the downstairs including structual work, new kitchen, utility and new finishes, stayed tuned for the end result 🔨
