We recently completed a drum replacement on an LG washing machine to give it more years of life following bearing failure.

The client noticed the problem when they encountered black oil marks on their clothing following a wash, and a grinding sound at high RPM speeds.

We recently repaired a dishwasher that was overfilling due to a faulty reed sensor and triggering anti-flood mode. On this model the reed sensor is integral to the metering tank -when replaced the dishwasher tested to manufacturers specification.

Today we replaced a flow meter and drain pump on a integrated dishwasher.

Water was not draining throughout the cycle leading to overfilling. Water had made its way into the base though the overflow valve. This triggered an E01 error as the float switch was raised.

We cleared the error and replaced the drain pump. The machine is working once again.

We found a piece of lollipop-stick in the drain pump, the likely cause of the drain pump to fail.

We repaired a Bosch Maxx7 7KG tumble dryer spinning but not drying the clothing. The sump and condenser drawer was filled with lint causing improper air circulation. Further the small drain pump (pictured) that sends water up into the condenser drawer was not pumping water properly. We used a wet-vac to remove lint and checked the NTC.

We cleaned blocked gas jets on a dual fuel oven causing an uneven flame around the gas burner crown.
