【移民白皮書】BN(O) 營商及自僱人士意見調查
相信大家都留意到英國政府喺《移民白皮書》提出一系列嘅改革措施，例如將英語要求提升至B2，增設入息及其他要求等。政府亦提出將難民及庇護申請者嘅永居年期要求增至至少20年。若有關措施落實，將會對英國整體環境，以及透過不同途徑移英嘅港人士造成影響。
因此，香港商匯現正收集喺英國營商及自僱嘅BN(O)港人，希望能在英國國會正進行的公眾諮詢，以及政府即將推出嘅諮詢中，充分反映及表達在英港人商業社群的聲音和經驗。
👥目標受訪者: 任何持有 BN(O) 簽證、目前於英國營商的人士，包括自僱人士、有限公司擁有人及其他商業形式的經營者。

BN(O) Business & Self-employed Community Survey on the UK Immigration White Paper
Many of you will already be aware of the reform proposals outlined in the UK Government’s Immigration White Paper, including raising the English language requirement to B2, higher income and other requirements. The Government has also proposed that the settlement requirement for refugees and asylum seekers will rise to 20 years or more. If implemented, these reforms could reshape the UK’s immigration landscape and may affect Hongkongers who have moved to the UK via different routes.
In response, Hong Kong Business Hub is gathering views from BN(O) Hongkongers who are running businesses or starting ventures in the UK. Your input will help ensure that the voices, needs, and lived experiences of the Hongkonger business community are fully represented in the current parliamentary inquiry and the forthcoming Government consultation.
👥 Target respondents:
BN(O) visa holders currently operating a business in the UK, including self-employed individuals, limited company owners, and other business structures.
