Mike Johnson - Founder and Managing Director

Mike has spent over 20 years working from the base up to achieve multiple senior leadership positions for large household brands. Within a few years he had

proved his worth and secured the post of senior branch manager at o2 leading 11 sites. This was when he realised that business, inspirational leadership & delivering value was the way forward. He cultivated a career that focussed on helping businesses succeed by maximising the skills & engagement of people focusing on a consistent & balanced business performance. Through this focus Mike found he had a skill for diagnosing issues and implementing commercial and transformational growth. Mike has worked in a number of key leadership roles within flagship, multi-site and national roles for businesses including Vodafone, Nationwide Building Society and Halfords which provided him the opportunity to collaborate, design & implement training programmes alongside multiple major projects for these businesses. With any corporate role comes various challenges. Mike frames these challenges into developmental opportunities supporting others through their own professional development. Authentic leadership, performance management, utilisation, productivity & labour planning are just a few areas that Mike has experience in. Mike’s last corporate role was as EMEA Lead Implementation Partner for both Dixons Carphone and McDonald’s Poland. The vast experience that he has enables him to help businesses un-lock real people power to create bespoke strategies and implement plans that can be executed into increased profitability

A passion for creating high performing teams and focus on self-development through NLP, leadership, coaching, mentoring & lean methodology. This has enabled him to cultivate high level teamwork within organisations to ensure the team is operating in the most productive way possible

Because Mike enjoys making a difference in business, the decision to share this experience with SME’s with his own consultancy was a logical step. A smart thinking provider that delivers on its promise to maximise performance & profits – done in Mikes own structured and frank style.
