Over time, I have come to realise just how much my personal routine impacts how I show up in my work.

For me, wellness is not just about fitness, it’s about balance, mindset, and doing the things that fill my cup. Weight training helps me feel strong and clear-headed. Walking my dog gives me a chance to unplug and just be in the moment (bonus: she loves it too).

In the summer, you will find me in the garden, doing gardening and growing my own fruit and vegetables. There is something really grounding about getting your hands in the dirt and watching things grow, especially when you get to eat the results!

Staying outdoors and doing the things I genuinely love, helps reset my mindset. It gives me the space to step back, breathe, and come back to work feeling focused and recharged.

And that makes all the difference.

It means I can show up 100% for my clients, helping them by taking care of the things they don’t need to focus on, so they can stay in their zone and grow their business with clarity.

Wellness is not a side note, it’s the foundation. When I look after myself, I am in the best place to look after others, too.
