Weekend Warrior / Monday Moaner?

If your body starts filing complaints every Monday after football, gardening, DIY, or just existing past 40… Michael Palfrey from Theale Wellbeing Centre might be your new favourite person. 😄

With 31 years as an Osteopath, Michael helps people get back to moving properly, whether it’s chronic pain, sports injuries, sciatica, slipped discs, dodgy knees or elbows.

At last week’s BNI Inspire feature presentation, Michael shared how treatments like IDD Therapy and Shock Wave Therapy are helping people get their lives back. One patient even went from being housebound for 4 years to regaining freedom and mobility. Another smashed their Parkrun PB after treatment 🏃‍♂️

Theale Wellbeing Centre is home to a whole team of expert therapists and specialist equipment, all focused on helping people live with less pain and more movement.
