On International Women's Day I'm proud to say that everyone in our Reading office/warehouse is a woman, from the data whizzes to the fork-lift truck drivers.... I would add though, that we don't employ them because they are women, we employ them because they are the best 'people' for the job!

What a year it’s been! We, like most people/organisations, have had our ups and downs, but I’m pleased to say that the year has definitely ended on an UP for SOLO!

I’m incredibly grateful to our dedicated, hard-working, unflappable team, who have gone above and beyond during difficult times, to ensure SOLO maintains the highest of standards, whatever is thrown their way.

We are lucky to have a large number of loyal customers who have kept us busy (and often pushed our boundaries!), who come back to us over and over again, year after year – we thank you - you’ve kept us going.

I should also mention our amazing suppliers; without you guys (you know who you are) we might not be able to offer, and maintain, the level of service that our customers have become accustomed to.

I feel a bit like I’m making an awards speech here 😊, but it’s that time of year where I think we all need to be thankful, and let people know that they make a difference.

The SOLO team wishes you all a wonderful, happy and healthy Christmas and New Year break, and we look forward to working with you all in 2022.
