Modern, light and highly practical, the wall mounted WC is a space enhancing bathroom solution. By building in the cistern into the wall behind the WC, a visual lightness is created, making your bathroom look bigger. Another advantage of wall mounted toilets are that they make cleaning easier. Their design eliminates corners where dirt can build up and offers access to the entire area beneath the bowl, and with minimal joints there are fewer places for dirt to build up. The last few weeks have been freezing cold!! With more and more people moving away from conventional heating, it is now becoming more cost effective and energy efficient having underfloor heating in your home. Underfloor heating eliminates uncomfortable hot or cold air flows around a room and provides a balanced, controlled heat. The warmest part of the room is next to the floor, not the ceiling so floor heating is as close as you can get to the ideal heating curve.
If UFH is something you’re considering, then it’s understandable your first concern might be the cost, which depends on a variety of factors.

One of the first decisions you need to make is what type of heating to use; water or electricity. If using electric, it’s less expensive and easier to install than water heating since there’s no pipe work involved. This is especially advantageous on upper floors.

As a guide you could purchase a sticky matt system and temperature control from £130 (based on an area size of 1.5m2 ) and costing you around 2.3p per hour to run.
This does not include installation.
