Last week, we were delighted to welcome Year 3 pupils from The Heights Primary School to ONE Station Hill as part of their Race Across Caversham learning adventure.

A total of 58 visitors (50 pupils and 8 members of staff) walked from the school to ONE Station Hill, where they explored Reading’s skyline and discovered how the town continues to evolve through regeneration.

From spotting the River Thames, Reading Station and Christchurch Bridge to identifying construction cranes and some of Reading’s tallest buildings, the children experienced the city from a completely new perspective while learning about geography, architecture and the built environment.

One of the highlights of the visit was meeting Lee F, the Head of Delivery at Lincoln Property Company, who shared the story behind the delivery of ONE Station Hill and answered the pupils’ many thoughtful questions about construction. Seeing their curiosity and excitement grow as they learned how a major regeneration project comes to life was a fantastic reminder of the importance of connecting young people with the places around them.

A huge thank you to The Heights Primary School for visiting us, and we hope everyone enjoyed the well-earned ice lollies before continuing on to Caversham Lock!

☀️ Last week, Picnic on the Terrace brought together on the .stationhill rooftop for a relaxed lunchtime filled with great food, chilled music and plenty of opportunities to connect.

Creating moments like these is an important part of life at ONE Station Hill. By activating our shared spaces and encouraging people to come together, we’re helping to build a stronger sense of community across the estate.

At ONE Station Hill, we believe wellbeing should be woven into the everyday workplace experience — not treated as a one-off initiative.

To celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week, we brought our occupier community together through a range of complimentary activities designed to help people reset, recharge and connect. From Yoga on the Top, Pilates and mindfulness sessions to Dr Bike check-ups and our headline guest speaker event, Mindful Reset for Busy Minds, the week focused on supporting both physical and mental wellbeing. Occupiers also enjoyed energising healthy smoothie shots infused with Lion’s Mane, thoughtfully prepared by .stationhill as an additional wellbeing-focused touch.

Located in the heart of one of Reading’s busiest destinations, creating moments to pause matters. Through initiatives like these — alongside our living green wall, shared spaces and occupier experiences — we continue to focus on creating an environment where people can genuinely thrive.

That people-first approach is central to the vision behind ONE Station Hill and one of the reasons the building was recognised nationally as the UK’s Best Commercial Workplace at the British Council for Offices Awards last year.

Flight Club Takes Over .stationhill at ONE Station Hill🎯

What an incredible evening at Fifteen we had! The team truly delivered — creating a vibrant event for our occupiers , filled with great energy, connection, and unforgettable moments.

Guests enjoyed iconic signature cocktails, synonymous with the Flight Club experience, all set against the stunning backdrop of panoramic views across Reading.

The atmosphere was electric, with plenty of mingling, laughter, and a real sense of community at the very top of ONE Station Hill.

With the official opening of Flight Club just around the corner (TOMORROW!), excitement is building — and we’re confident our occupiers will become regulars at this fantastic new venue😍

This Easter, the ONE Station Hill community came together in a truly heartwarming way to support those who need it most.

Thanks to the incredible generosity of our tenants, we collected over 100 chocolate Easter eggs, which were kindly gathered and coordinated by Royal Berks Charity in support of Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust. The eggs will be distributed to paediatric and elderly patients across the hospital, bringing moments of joy, comfort, and celebration during the Easter period.

What began as a simple call for donations quickly turned into a meaningful collective effort — a reflection of the strong sense of community within our building. It’s a reminder that even small gestures can have a powerful impact, especially during times when kindness matters most.

A huge thank you to everyone who contributed and helped make this possible. Together, we’ve helped spread a little Easter happiness beyond our walls!
