🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧🇬🇧For the past year South Gare Developments and our dedicated team have been Working on restoring this fantastic building located in East Cleveland.

This former local school and care Home is now on the way to becoming a Veterans Village for those who have served our country.

Abandoned for many years this property has been our biggest renovation project to date, but also our most rewarding achievement, by offering this stunning building back to the local community to put to good use.

A well established charity will be offering Veterans, a safe space, along with a wide range of support, whilst being in a community environment.

We are so excited to see this vision come to life and
with the backing of the local community, local authorities and many businesses and volunteers already offering their services, it already signifies the level of respect given to our Veteran community.
