Today we're celebrating a milestone that means the world to me! A decade of partnership with the extraordinary - and can you believe this is the only photo we've ever taken together?!

We've been doing the "work from home thing" long before it became a global phenomenon. While others were discovering remote work in 2020, Pippa had already spent years proving that location is no barrier to excellence. I had the pleasure of attending the book launch of my fabulous friend .mcgillivray on Friday night, and it was a great opportunity to catch up with so many incredible friends and entrepreneurs. More than that, it was fantastic to see someone articulate the power of technology and automation as clearly (and passionately!) as Paul does.

Ever wondered what it’s like to run your business remotely? Here’s my story...

Recently, I spent nearly 6 weeks on the beautiful Costa Brava. Balancing work and life as a digital nomad has taught me invaluable lessons about business, technology, and personal growth. 🌞

When I started my business, I aimed to create a company that could operate from anywhere. It’s taken 15 years of trial, error, and hard work, but I’ve finally achieved it. Living and working in Spain wasn’t just a holiday; it was a testament to the power of automation and delegation.

Here are a few key takeaways:
1. Flexibility Isn’t a Fantasy: Automation allowed me to handle essential tasks seamlessly, giving me the freedom to hike, explore, and enjoy life without everything falling apart.

There's a rule that I have in business... when offers to photograph you, you always say YES! This guy has seriously never taken a bad photo of me 😊

Back on a chilly day in January I had the pleasure of being part of one of the largest ever photoshoots for International Women's Day in the Midlands (perhaps even in the country?) at 🌟 What a venue!

I've just finished scrolling through the images from the event; 392 people, 6 days and 4,000 photos! (hats off to Edwin Ladd, I do not envy the task of editing those!). I love seeing so many familiar, smiling faces.

It's fair to say there's an incredible business community in Birmingham who are committed to inclusion, diversity and empowerment. And not just a community of females, but also their allies. I'm proud to say that I'm part of it.

I can't wait to see them all up on the big screen on Friday at and to meet up in person with so many of you.

🎉 Countdown is on!🎉

Today I’m heading down to London for the Digital Women Awards 2023! As a finalist for Digital Innovator of the Year and Digital Entrepreneur of the Year, I’m in awe of the collective brilliance of all the finalists. Congratulations to everyone who made it onto the list! 👏🌐 - look forward to meeting you all later.

Truth be told, I wasn’t actually going to enter these awards. Whilst I’m no newbie to business awards, this will be a first for our new baby Configure Me This. Putting myself and the team out into the world as women in tech & digital is something new to us and this is a step out of our comfort zone! Thanks to the fabulous (also a fellow finalist!) for the little push to enter. 😘

Tech Week Day Four did not disappoint! Digital Skills Day in Birmingham is always a fave of mine.

Highlight has been the Digital Skills Tech Collab where groups of students were set a tech challenge and had 5 hours to produce a proof of concept, MVP, USPs, company name and logo (With the support of mentors from across the tech ecosystem) Before pitching their ideas to a panel of judges at the end of the day. The ideas they came up with and detail that went into their pitches in such a small space of time was nothing short of impressive! Cracking end to a cracking day @
