Coffee. Who doesn’t like good coffee?

We had the pleasure of visiting Cornico Coffee last week, observing the process of creating their incredible coffee. The love, care and attention to detail at every stage of product production and service delivery is exemplary.

In the coming weeks we will be helping the business take a closer look at how it does things to help them identify ways to improve or make the most of its current market advantages.

We are so excited to spend more time around the wonderful aromas at their production facility. A tough gig, but we will take one for the team.

Recent research suggests consumers are increasingly looking for indulgent and healthier options. Can you meet this demand?

Sugar free, low calorie, vegan and anything that might help with general health are good things to aim for.

It's reported that consumers are more likely to spend over £4 on lunch to go....showing a real move away from cheaper meal deals. The price is justified by quality and health benefits.

Food for thought right?

One man and his ambition, confidence & commitment to do things a little bit differently.

Tarquin established the first gin distillery in Cornwall for over 100 years, then pushed the boundaries of flavour to build an internationally renowned brand.

Tarquin's Cornish Gin is the ‘World’s Best Gin’ and was created here in Cornwall and is still an independent family-run business on the Cornish coast.

If you are looking for inspiration then Tarquin is hard to beat, but you too can achieve success with the right support. Get in touch and join in with Food and Drink Cornwall to access funded advice, digital masterclasses and more in partnership with River Cottage
