Not all cancellations are bad news.
Recently, Mylor Yacht Harbour ended their lone worker monitoring service with us after switching to a new device provider that operates its own response centre.
What stood out wasn't why they left, but what they said before they went:
💬 "We have never had a problem with Phoneta or the service provided."
💬 "Phoneta has been reliable and gave us confidence that our solo workers overnight were safe and monitored."
💬 "I would like to say thank you to your team for looking after my team overnight for the last few years."
We're obviously sorry to see them go, but feedback like this means a lot to our team.
