📞 What happens when your customers call and you can’t answer?

We talk a lot about missed calls at Phoneta, so we thought we’d actually put it to the test.

Ahead of a recent Cornwall Connector event, we mystery-shopped 77 businesses attending on the day to see what experience a potential customer would get when they picked up the phone.

The result?

More than 44% didn’t connect us to a real person.

No naming and shaming. No trying to catch anyone out. Just a really interesting snapshot of what happens when businesses are busy doing what businesses do.

Because your customers don’t know you’re in a meeting, networking, driving or juggling six things at once.

They just know whether somebody answered.

🏆 Congratulations to Steve, the winner of the Phoneta World Cup Sweepstake! ⚽🎉

After weeks of cheering, groaning, celebrating and claiming "my team should never have gone out that early!"... we finally have a winner.

Steve drew Spain at the start of the tournament, and after an incredible run, they're World Cup champions... which means Steve gets the bragging rights (at least until the next office sweepstake!).
