Hi guys. The shop is now officially closed. !!!

Would like to thank all of our customers from over the years for all of your custom and support. ###. However that support is still needed as we are now just 2 weeks away from opening up our aution house ( in the same building ). Last week we advertised for the public to bring items in for the auction. As the auction WAS 3 weeks away , we didn't really expect anybody to bring items in as probably too soon but we have been so happy that we had a lot dropped in/ picked up. We are away for a couple of days and will be back in on Thursday morning 10am for anyone who has anything they would like to put ino auction. Thankyou so much once again, Jason and Jo xx

Hi guys. Up to Newquay first thing tomorrow (friday) too pick up some great quality bits for the auctions. Should be back to the shop for 11am. Then will be open for shop selling side and for anymore auction lots intakes from the public. Cheers Jason and Jo x

Opie's Clearances is still open but only until next Saturday for selling items....However we are closed tomorrow for post op appointment. After that it is full steam ahead for the auctions.
We are taking items in from Tuesday for our first ever auction on Monday 29th June which will be starting at 6pm. In house auctions, normally great atmosphere if you've never been to an auction. Already have some items in , more too pick up tomorrow afternoon and already lots coming in on Tuesday. Open on Tuesday from 9am till 2.30pm.
The variation at the moment are a couple of small church pews, rocking chair, large rocking horse, tools, table and chairs, chest of drawers, storage chest and more .

Hard to believe we’re in June already, January only feels like 5 minutes ago 😅😮‍💨

Normally at this time of year I’d be advertising pre-orders for Father’s Day bakes and boxes - however this year I will be attending another craft fair the day before!

Feel free to pop on down to Redruth Community Centre (10am-4pm) on Saturday 20th June where I’ll be offering some fresh Father’s Day boxes at a special price! Aiming to have some of my usual style bakes and also some more savoury bakes too - if you have any ideas in mind please let me know 🩷

So Ben Opie BMO carpentry have been in to help us in the shop to finish the counter, hang some doors, put in a false ceiling and other bits that needed doing. To now being sat up A & E with a badly swelled ankle ( unsure yet what the damage is as waiting on an x ray ). Somethings beginning to tell me this auctions may not be a great idea after all, constantly something going wrong... FML !!!

Hi guys !!! Sorry but probably going to be closed until next week as jo has an operation on Friday, also have a major oil problem with the van, so cannot do any deliveries or collections until sorted.
Regarding the auctions , this has probably set us back another couple of weeks.
