We have recently been instructed to optimise a seven unit scheme in Hurstpierpoint for our client ensuring efficient and high quality design solutions.

We will also be preparing a comprehensive technical drawing package and submitting a Section 73 planning application to secure amendments that enhance the scheme.

Today the team worked together to review the approved scheme and strategise the best way forward.

Exciting Progress Ahead!
We’re looking forward to seeing this Green Belt site take shape in the coming months! This project is a fantastic example of making great use of previously developed land, balancing thoughtful design with sustainability and responsible planning. We have assisted with discharging conditions across two local authorities and producing the working drawings package!
