Another so called weird fault if any

Cust says puts on wash
decrease to 46 from 57mins using speed perfect.
machine starts
After a while timer goes back to 57 mins.
Just wondered what the speed perfect button does? It doesn’t change spin speed, just time.
No blockages, heat’s, drains, spins
I can’t find anything wrong
I did find drain hose all the way down the stand pipe so maybe siphoning?

Any ideas?
