☕️ A Coffee Upgrade in Stockton! 📍

We’ve recently upgraded one of our customers from a tabletop coffee machine to the Coffetek Zensia, and we’re loving the difference! 🤎

The Zensia is a modern, fully automatic bean-to-cup machine that brings a more premium coffee experience to the workplace. With fresh beans ground for each drink, customers can enjoy everything from a smooth coffee to a creamy cappuccino or latte, all at the touch of a button.

We also like to keep things simple when it comes to support. Every machine we install has its own asset number, which means if there’s ever a problem, we can quickly identify exactly which machine needs attention. We also put our contact details clearly on the front of the machine, so customers know exactly who to contact if they need any help. 📞

It’s all part of the service we provide at Breaktime Group Limited, making sure our machines look good, taste great and, most importantly, that our customers know we’re here when they need us.

💧 Water Cooler Installation 💧

Another one ticked off the list! 🙌 This time, we’ve been over to a site in York to install a BIBO NOVA water cooler.

We don’t just do vending and coffee machines at Breaktime Group; we can also supply and install water coolers to help keep workplaces topped up with fresh, filtered water throughout the day. 💦

The BIBO NOVA is a pretty clever little machine too! It gives you hot water up to 98°C and chilled water down to 4°C, all at the touch of a button. Perfect for everything from filling up your water bottle to making a quick cuppa. ☕️

It also has a 7-inch HD touchscreen, where you can choose your temperature and water volume, with up to 12 one-touch presets available. So you can have your favourite settings ready to go!

💧 Advanced filtration helps reduce scale, along with a UV-LED reactor for additional purification.

Despite everything it can do, it’s nice and compact too, making it a great option for workplaces where space is a bit more limited.

Another installation completed, and another workplace keeping their team hydrated! 💙

☕️Our House Beans Have Arrived! 🤎

Fresh delivery day at Breaktime Group! 📦☕️

We’ve just received another delivery of our house beans , ready to keep our coffee machines stocked and our customers supplied with plenty of great coffee! 🙌

Coffee is a big part of the service we provide, whether it’s that first cup of the morning, a quick pick-me-up during a busy shift or a well-earned afternoon break.

We make sure we’ve always got a good supply of our house beans ready to go, so our machines can keep doing what they do best, keeping workplaces fueled throughout the day! ☕️✨

There’s something very satisfying about a fresh delivery arriving, especially when you know it’s going to end up in lots of much-needed coffee breaks! 😂

☕🏓 A VENDING MACHINE WITH A DIFFERENCE! 🏓☕

We’ve recently installed an Evoca Gusto 6 for one of our customers, and this one was a little different to our usual installations! 👀

The customer wanted to stock the machine with some of their own products, including padel balls, so we needed to make sure we found a machine that would work well for what they wanted to put inside. 😊

Before going ahead with the installation, we met with the customer and they kindly brought along some samples of the products they wanted to stock. This was really helpful as it meant we could have a look at the different sizes and make sure everything would fit properly.

After trying out the different options, the Evoca Gusto 6 came out on top! 🙌

The Gusto 6 is a really versatile machine with flexible shelving and plenty of space, making it a great option for a variety of different products. It meant we could make sure everything was going to fit properly and get the machine ready before it even arrived on site. 🔧✅

We also fitted the machine with a new card payment unit, so customers can easily pay by card when making a purchase. 💳

We always think it’s important to listen to what our customers actually need and find a machine that works for them, rather than just choosing a standard option. Sometimes a little bit of planning beforehand makes all the difference! ❤️

The machine is now installed, stocked and ready to go! 🙌🏓

🚨 A LITTLE LOOK INSIDE OUR WORKSHOP! 🚨

We’ve currently got 3 of the machines for our next big installation in the Breaktime Group workshop, and our engineers are busy getting them ready for their new home in Hartlepool! 👀🙌

The three you can see here are:

☕ Coffetek Zensia – coffee machine
🥤🍫 Crane Merchant 4 – snack & drinks machine
🥪🍎 Crane Shopper 2 – food machine

Every machine that goes out to a customer comes through our workshop first. Our engineers give them a full check, make sure everything is working properly and get them looking their best before they head out. 🔧✅

They’re also being fitted with new card units, our Breaktime Group branding, Customer Service stickers and their own asset codes, so we can easily identify each machine and keep track of them once they’re out on site. 🏷️💳

And there’s plenty more to do behind the scenes! These machines will be fully operated and managed by us, and we’ll also be supplying fresh food for the food machine. 🥪🥗🍎

This is part of a 15-machine installation for our new customer in Hartlepool, which is being completed over 2 phases. The first phase will have 6 machines installed, so these are just 3 of the machines currently being prepared. 🚐✨

Our engineers are working hard to get everything ready, and we can’t wait to see these machines leave the workshop and get installed!

☕ THERE’S A STORY BEHIND EVERY CUP OF BIRCHALL TEA 🌿

We use Birchall Tea in our vending machines, and they’ve recently sent us this lovely video all about the story behind their tea. 💚

But did you know Birchall have been making tea for over 150 years? 😮☕

It all started back in 1872, and they’re still a family-owned British business today. They source their tea from some of the best tea-growing regions around the world, including Kenya and Rwanda, before carefully blending it to create the flavours we know and love. 🌱🍃

It’s actually quite nice to think about when you’re grabbing a quick cuppa from one of our machines, there’s a lot more behind that cup of tea than you might realise!

We’ve recently started to roll out Dairy Milk Creations into some of our vending machines… and safe to say, they’ve gone down VERY well! 😍🙌

At Breaktime Group, we’re always looking for new products to add to our machines. We like to try different things, see what works, listen to what our customers want and, most importantly, keep the choices interesting! 😋

It’s great to see when a new product goes down well, and the Dairy Milk Creations have definitely been a winner so far! ⭐

We’ll keep trying new things and adding new products wherever we can because happy customers make for a better Breaktime! ❤️

🚚✨ WE’VE GOT A NEW SUPERTRUCK! ✨🚚

Meet the newest member of the Breaktime Group team! 👋

Our brand-new Supertruck has arrived and will be out on the road helping our engineers with the installation of our customers’ vending machines 🚚🔧

And who better to show it off than our engineer Paul, who was on hand today after collecting it! 😎

From delivering and installing machines to keeping everything running smoothly, our engineers are always on the move and now they’ve got a pretty smart set of wheels to do it in! 🙌

👋 Meet Angel: Our Operations Administrator!

Angel has been part of the Breaktime Group Limited team for over 3 years, working behind the scenes to help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Angel is one of the main points of contact for our operators and technical team. If an operator has an issue with a machine, or something has been raised by a customer, Angel is usually one of the first people they’ll speak to. She makes sure the right people are on it and that issues are followed through until they’re resolved. 🔧

She also takes care of our stock ordering, making sure we have the products and supplies we need across the business and that everything is kept topped up and organised. 📦

Alongside this, Angel helps keep our company vehicles organised and up to date with their required checks and servicing, making sure everything is ready for the team when it’s needed. 🚐

With operators out on the road, the technical team looking after the machines and the office coordinating everything in the background, Angel helps keep communication flowing and makes sure the day-to-day jobs get done.

Over 3 years with Breaktime and still keeping everyone organised! ☕️😂

🤍🍫 It’s National White Chocolate Day! 🍫🤍

And obviously, we had to get involved! 😂

We’ve recently rolled out White TWIX across our vending machines, and they’ve been proving to be a BIG hit already! 👀🤍

If you haven’t tried one yet… what are you waiting for?! 😋

A few little white chocolate facts for you:

🤍 White chocolate is made with cocoa butter, milk and sugar, rather than the cocoa solids used in milk and dark chocolate.

🌍 White chocolate first became popular in Europe in the 20th century.

😋 It’s generally sweeter and creamier than milk or dark chocolate, perfect if you’ve got a sweet tooth!
