Everyone at Elcons Employment Law would like to extend our congratulations to Sir Kevin Sinfield on his well-deserved knighthood 🗡️💙

Kevin's achievements in rugby league alone would make him one of the sport's greats, but it is his extraordinary commitment off the field that has inspired so many people across the country.

His tireless fundraising efforts, unwavering support for his friend Rob Burrow, and dedication to raising awareness of motor neurone disease - a cause close to Elcons' heart - have shown what can be achieved through compassion, determination and selflessness.

In doing so, he has helped raise millions of pounds, inspired countless others whilst leaving a lasting legacy that extends far beyond sport.

The honour is thoroughly deserved, and we look forward to seeing the incredible impact of his work continue for many years to come.

Supporting the Darby Rimmer MND Foundation and Leeds Hospitals Charity, which funds the Rob Burrow Centre, more than £90,000 has already been generated through this year's fundraiser.

🏆 Congratulations to St Peter's Catholic High School's Year 7 boys' rugby team, who will no-doubt be basking in the glory of an incredible 38-0 victory over The Deanery in Saturday's National Champion Schools Final at Wembley.

The pinnacle of school rugby league, the lads were outstanding from first minute until last in the final and produced some fantastic tries.

We were proud to play a part in their success, with the Elcons logo adorning the back of their playing shorts.

Their trophy-winning team on the day included Louis Peel, grandson of our very own Jo and John, and as an organisation we are delighted to share in their success. But this achievement isn't just about one individual: it represents a collective pursuit of glory, and the hard work of everyone which led to such a special day in the capital.

We hope you enjoyed the celebrations, lads: you deserve this moment 👏
