Too often I see guys being pulled in all directions by distraction instead of focusing with clarity on what it actually takes to get to your goal.

If you're not getting the results you want, then reverse engineer until you find the problem in the chain.

Once you find the issue, focus your attention on it rather than burying your head in the sand and hoping it will go away

Here's a REVERSE Before & After 🤯

For years I used to yo-yo. Lose weight, then gain it again.

A few years ago I cracked the code, got down to my true 'fighting' weight and kept it for 3-4 years.

At the tail end of last year I decided to run a 'ton' in the Lake District

And told myself that I needed to fuel...so ate

And ate, and ate, and ate. Justifying it because I was burning so much energy

Yet I put on a stone! 🤯

In January I got a shock so I commited to sorting myself out again.

yet I struggled to get goiing. The habits tha I had got into were tough to break...

So the plan stalled for a month.

And I had another good word with myself

learning from my mistakes (which I claim to be good at and preach often 😳)

I have done a few things I advise others:

1️⃣I have emotionally connected to my reason why. This will help push through the tough times

2️⃣ I have made myself accountable to others (you included)

3️⃣ I have set a plan with milestones, targets and things to look forward to.

4️⃣ I have set standards that I can track and measure on a daily basis

It doesn't have to be complicated, but it does have to be

➡️ Repeatable
➡️ Sustainable
➡️ Measurable
