Inktech is pleased to announce that Motiur Rahman has joined our technical team as a Graduate Laboratory Technician, based at our Rochdale manufacturing site.

Motiur’s appointment is the result of a thorough recruitment process, professionally supported by Sarah Pollard, Graduate Opportunities Manager at Manchester Metropolitan University.

Sarah’s expertise ensured we identified the right candidate with the ideal blend of technical skill, character, and practical fit for our business.

A recent graduate of Manchester Metropolitan University, Motiur earned a First-Class Honours degree in BSc Chemistry.
His strong foundational understanding of chemistry is already proving valuable as he steps into our ink manufacturing environment, where those principles will be put to the test daily.

Living close to Rochdale, Motiur has already settled well into the lab environment. He now begins a comprehensive training and induction programme, carefully supported by his fellow members of the Inktech technical team.

Initially, Motiur’s focus will be on Quality Control and Colour Matching – two critical areas for printing inks.

Flexo Vinyl is a highly pigmented ketone-based ink system for printing onto PVC self-adhesive tapes.

- Excellent adhesion to the substrate.
- Designed for long press runs at high speed with minimal adjustments

We are pleased to announce that Jayne Woosey has moved from her position as Technical Manager into a newly created role of Regulatory Manager, effective immediately.

As the ink manufacturing sector continues to evolve rapidly across the UK and Europe we have established this role to ensure we remain fully ahead of changing legislation and industry regulatory demands.

In her new capacity Jayne will guide us through these challenging and shifting times overseeing regulatory compliance for both our Rochdale and Tilburg operations.

We are delighted to announce that Jonathan Snodgrass has joined Inktech as our new Technical Manager.

Based at our Rochdale liquid ink manufacturing facility, Jonathan will lead and manage the technical team on a day-to-day basis, driving technical projects to successful completion.

With his extensive technical expertise and hands-on experience, he is perfectly placed to further strengthen and develop our New Product Development (NPD), Quality Control and Colour Matching activities with real energy.

Jonathan joins Inktech at a great time in our growth journey. His enthusiasm and leadership will be instrumental in helping us deliver even greater precision, quality and innovation for our customers across all our solvent and waterbased liquid printing ink ranges.
