Behind every scroll-stopping post is a great idea, a good laugh, and a lot of coffee. ☕

And today’s inspiration came from a recent meeting with Tara Pope and Steve Baker, the kind that reminds me exactly why I started my own business:

I choose who I spend my time with.
I choose who I work with.
I can set up my “office” at Avenue Tennis (and enjoy their fresh gingerbread for lunch).
And when I’m with like-minded people, I’ve got the freedom to learn, share and collaborate for as long as the conversation needs.
Our shared passion for helping people is infectious (in a good way!)

Today we’ve been writing blog copy for a client in the property sector, a highly skilled professional with a diverse range of experience.

Over time, we’ve learnt that the best way for him to be recognised as a ‘top voice’ in his industry is through consistent, high-value content: blogs, newsletters and thought-leadership articles that showcase his expertise and keep him front of mind. Sometimes, our role as Business Development starts with getting a website up to scratch, or creating one from the ground up. And while design matters, the copywriting is often the most time-consuming (and most important) part.

We work in partnership with businesses to understand their services, operations and brand identity, ensuring every detail speaks directly to their ideal customer, and supports their wider growth goals.

This morning, our Elf has been reviewing the team’s progress on a brand-new site for INTERIORS LTD (although his idea of ‘mobile-friendly’ was adding wheels… we’re working on it). 🎨😂

9TFIVE INTERIORS LTD are a fantastic Kent-based business with a laser focus on delivering top-tier fit-out services. Their design expertise in partition walls and ceilings is unrivalled, and their commitment to doing things the right way, every time, is genuinely commendable.

This project has been a real pleasure to work on alongside Wes Rolfe and Clint Hickmott, and we’ve gained a new appreciation for the complexities that take place behind the scenes.

There’s a new recruit joining the Storm Hollie team this festive season — small in size, big on curiosity, and here to learn how real businesses grow and develop all year round.

He’s ready to roll up his sleeves (well… if he had sleeves) and join us on visits, projects, and coffee-fuelled catch-ups as we celebrate the brilliant people and businesses we work with.
