WSD are celebrating National Apprenticeship Week with a double effort for The Thomas Aveling School where we are proud Employment Ambassadors. We have the pleasure of hosting WEX for two of their students and are spending this morning at their Careers Fair where our MD is joined by one of our Apprentices and a former student of the school.

Absolutely thrilled and delighted to have won "Team of the Year" in the 2022 Medway Business Awards on Friday, and how wonderful to have MidKent College present our award as we continue to work closely with them in delivering Higher Apprenticeships in Construction & Building Service.

Chosen as a finalist for our engagement with and development of staff, excellent client service and use of technical innovation to offer a full design and sustainability service.

WSD value all of our staff and consider them not for their gender but for their ability and achievement's but we do take this time during this week to recognise our women and are proud in early 2022, to have them make up just shy of a third of our team in roles across every discipline of the business.
