As I’ve been reflecting recently, I’ve realised that in just six months’ time, Over To Me will be celebrating its 10th birthday 🎉

Looking back, I feel incredibly proud of what we’ve achieved over the last decade. What started as an idea on maternity leave has grown into a business that has not only supported so many fantastic clients, small businesses and start-ups, but has also given me something equally valuable – the flexibility to be there for my two boys, Morgan and Luke, as they’ve grown up.

Being able to build a business I love while juggling family life has been one of the greatest gifts this journey has given me, and I’m so grateful for every client, supporter and connection who has been part of it along the way.

As we head towards this milestone, I’m feeling excited about what the future holds. Here’s to the next 10 years of growth, new opportunities, and continuing to support even more small businesses and start-ups on their own journeys.

I’m Julie — Founder of Over To Me — and I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself and share a little more about why I do what I do.

I started Over To Me after seeing so many brilliant business owners burning themselves out trying to juggle everything alone.

We support entrepreneurs, trades, small businesses and busy professionals who are passionate about what they do — but overwhelmed by the admin, logistics, client management and day‑to‑day operations that never seem to end.

I’ve always been the person who steps in, sorts things out and brings calm to chaos.

Today, I’m proud of the work we do and the relationships we’ve built.

Whether it’s managing operations, handling clients, fixing last‑minute problems or simply taking tasks off someone’s plate, I love being the person people can rely on.
