Can you remember someone who opened a door for you?

Recently at Launchpad, we welcomed young people as part of the Future Ready programme from the to meet entrepreneurs, business owners and professionals from across our community.

Telling someone what career to choose isn't always that helpful. Instead, this was about showing them that there are many different paths to success, and that curiosity, resilience and a willingness to learn can take you further than you might imagine.

For us, this is what Launchpad is all about: creating connections, sharing knowledge and helping to build the future of our business community.

It was inspiring to hear from some of our ambitious and innovative customers about how they struggled at school but through a non-conventional path discovered and unlocked talent that got them to where they are now.
