Our rubber facility operates 24 hours, boasting a suit of 15 Maplan Injection presses, ranging in capacity from 60 to 300 tonnes and working with materials from EPDM’s & Nitriles through to high performance Fluoroelastomers.

We offer rubber & plastic injection moulding and rubber compression and transfer moulding to suit your requirements. Producing standard items at competitive prices, our true expertise however lies in custom & technical moulded components, we are trusted by an impressive array of customers for their critical components.

Working with food safe, WRAS, Gas & UL approved, medical and military grade, chemical & fire resistant materials to meet British and other international standards.
