Can't believe I did this....while out shopping with the hubby today I picked up a pack of these and I joked to the hubby....I wonder what these would be like in a brownie...as soon as I said those words I knew I had to do this....and the result??

Perfect gooey brownies with an extra chewy centre not too sweet but a rich chocolatey taste.

A brownie with a shiny cracked top...

A brownie that crumbles but is also soft and fudgy...

Not sure what more words I could use to describe this small square of deliciousness...
