We had a call at 4pm from the owner. We sent our driver straight away to pump away the amount of water used to put this fire out.

Apologies to our customers today. The scrap yard next door is on fire again and our building is full of pungent smoke and the track has water coming onto it from the fire engines. We've had no choice but to close. Hopefully we will be open as normal tomorrow.

Woodland Oil is a customer driven company, providing specialist solutions to waste management needs.
With over 20 years experience within the waste sector, our growing waste management company is looking for a professional individual to join us with Admin / Reception experience.

Roles & Responsibilities

Meeting and greeting customers, who have approached reception
Taking payments from customers over the phone by card
Answering calls into reception and office via the switchboard
Organising paperwork
Supporting senior company account with general admin duties
Providing excellent customer service & dealing with customers over the phone
Sending quotations to customers and requesting purchase order numbers
Dealing with suppliers
Required Attributes

Experience working on a reception desk
Experience working as an administrator
Good customer service skills
Experience in the use of all Microsoft Office Packages with focus on Microsoft Excel
Desirable Attributes

Experience working in an office environment.
Additional Information

We require a minimum of 2 years knowledge of Microsoft packages

40 hours per week 9-5 30 minutes dinner per day.
