NEW LIGHT ROAST | NÉSTOR LASSO 🥭 🌺
PINK STARBURST, GUAVA, MANGO, HINISCUS
One of El Diviso’s prized varieties is Ombligón, a recent natural mutation identified in Huila, Colombia. The name "Ombligón" comes from the Spanish word for "navel," referring to the distinctive shape of the cherries, which have a small protrusion resembling a navel. This variety shares characteristics with Caturra, such as broad leaves, clustered cherries, and vertically growing branches, as well as a higher density that results in fewer defective beans during flotation.
