Vimar's award-winning Linea wiring series is the first in the world to be manufactured using ISCC PLUS certified plastics (International Sustainability and Carbon Certification)
By replacing conventional fossil-based plastics with recycled and renewable materials through a certified mass balance approach (a way of introducing recycled and renewable raw materials into the production of plastics without having to physically separate them from conventional fossil-based materials during manufacturing), Linea achieves an 80% reduction in CO₂ emissions, saving more than 500 tonnes of CO₂ equivalent every year.
It's a significant milestone that demonstrates how certified sustainable materials can help reduce environmental impact without compromising on quality, design or performance.
