This week, we were pleased to welcome the The Oliver King Foundation to our Central Office to deliver defibrillator training to staff and members of our franchise network. 🙌

The session provided vital, hands-on guidance in how to respond confidently in an emergency, reinforcing the importance of preparedness and awareness in our workplaces and communities.

We are also proud to confirm the installation of two new defibrillators within our network at Rainbow Restoration Sheffield and Rainbow Restoration Stockport & Cheadle, further strengthening our commitment to safeguarding colleagues, customers and the public.

Our relationship with the Oliver King Foundation, led by Mark King OBE, reflects a shared commitment to increasing access to lifesaving equipment and training across the UK, and we are grateful for their continued support in helping us raise awareness of the importance of defibrillator provision. 💙

This week we’re celebrating our Customer Service Team ✨, who have been announced as Colleague of the Month for January 2026! 🏆

Keeley Tunney, Traci Williams and Joshua Barkes have demonstrated exceptional resilience and teamwork during a particularly demanding period. With a 75% increase in instructions compared to December, the pressure has been significant.

What has stood out most is their resolve. They have supported one another, remained focused and continued delivering despite the challenges. Where obstacles have arisen, there has been genuine commitment to learn, improve and grow as a team.

We are looking for an insurance claims handler which is an office or remote working role.

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Claims Handler. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and managing insurance claims in a timely and efficient manner.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing and assessing insurance claims
- Communicating with policyholders, claimants, loss adjusters and insurance companies
- Diary management for field staff
- Managing claims from start to finish
- Documenting claim activity and maintaining accurate records
- Adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements

**Skills required**

- Previous experience in insurance claims handling is advantageous but not essential
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

Happy International Women's day to all you incredible women out there! Weve been celebrating all day here at Rainbow Restoration Northampton with Rainbow comment cards, pink sweets, flowers, dressing in pink and afternoon cake. There are so many women I could mention but today I want to celebrate the women I work with, our industry is far from easy and 9 times out of 10 we are under the cosh and battling many many issues, these women work tirelessly, none stop sometimes staying after hours and coming in early to help policy holders, leaving their families at home. Each women has their own story to tell, their own background and normally their own problems, but one things is for sure we are a team of strong independent women who have each others backs, we laugh and cry together and that's what makes us have such a special bond, tonight is wine Friday (we also have fake tan Thursday 😀) we will be raising our vinos not only to each other but our mums, daughters, sisters, grandmothers and girlfriends, join us and raise your glass to celebrate each other, we are stronger together!!!!
