Yet again, faced with uncertainty, fear of peril, not just for our livelihood but also our mental health.
It is more important than ever to focus on the solution and not the problem. There is so much opportunity to thrive in the way we work today in order to be ready for tomorrow.
It amazes me how many people, community groups and businesses do not see the opportunities they are faced with and take advantage of the situation they are in.
There are a number of different tools, techniques and skillset that can be applied in order to get a better focused outcome, change in direction and more importantly, results!
Most of the approaches and tools are not used purely because most are just not aware. Maybe its because they don't have the thinking time, the right team or support network around them or the ability to focus on the bigger picture... a case of tunnel vision.
