Meet the players, part three 🦅
Paige Davenport has been part of the Newbold Eagles journey right from the very beginning, joining as an original member when the squad was founded in 2025. Since those early days, Paige has grown in confidence, becoming an increasingly important part of the team.
Towards the end of last season, Paige’s hard work really started to shine through as she earned more minutes on the pitch and made a bigger impact each game. Her dedication and development didn’t go unnoticed, as she deservedly picked up Most Improved Player at the 2025 Awards Night.
And now, there’s an extra special chapter to Paige’s Eagles story, with her daughter Ruby recently joining the squad after becoming old enough to play. A proud moment for Paige and a brilliant addition to the Eagles family.
