We are seeking an exceptional and visionary leader to take on the role of Chief Executive Officer at Triumph Learning Trust.
This is a pivotal opportunity to lead a growing Multi-Academy Trust across Rugby and Coventry, shaping strategic direction, driving educational excellence, and ensuring outstanding outcomes for children and young people across our schools.

As CEO, you will work closely with the Board of Trustees and Members to lead the next phase of the Trust’s development, strengthening performance, supporting school improvement, and ensuring long-term sustainability and impact.
We are looking for a highly experienced and credible leader with a strong track record in senior leadership within education, ideally within a Multi-Academy Trust or similar setting.
