Next 3 months can be the worst time of the year for some blokes! Best thing you can do to off set that seasonal change is Lace em up and get your arse in the gym! Yes it's cold and dark at 5am but soon it will be the same at 7am too, get up, get ahead of the day.. in 3 weeks you'll feel better, in 6 you'll feel fantastic!!!! I am not a trained professional so before taking any form or test booster seek out medical advice but I tell ya now if you mid 30s tired, slow and restless replacing the test you've depleted can give you a whole new lease of life just talking from experience stay strong

Throw back to crouch years 🧡 Very fond memories! The recovery game levelled up my ability as a mechanic ten fold! I’d recommend any career mechanics go do a few years at a recovery company, it’s brutal but boy the experience you gain with on the spot problem solving in stressful situations will set you up for life 💪🏻

Couple things to take into account when working on rolfo deck locks.. you can screw in a cylinder too far which will give you a poor bite on your lock..

There is so much cleaver engineering right under our noses! These lock gates for instance, id never given them much thought before now but when you dig into the history and discover the principles behind the design they are actually quite fascinating.
