Stonewall Security

Stonewall Security Professional Security based in Rugby, Warwickshire, offering a complete, personalised and local serv Stonewall Security was founded in May 2008.

Paul Randall had spent 20 years in the police force and felt that cuts to community policing were seriously affecting the security of local businesses and homes. When injury forced him to retire from the force, but not yet ready to give up work, Stonewall Security was established. Martin Randall joined his brother in running Stonewall Security and together they built a successful security business

that prides itself on the personal and local touch. Both are β€˜local boys’ and they took the business from strength to strength establishing Stonewall Security as a recognised local provider of bespoke security. When Paul moved to live overseas in February 2015, Clare Garrod bought Paul’s share of the business. Clare comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience in running a business and is passionate about continuously improving the services offered through development of innovative technology, processes and systems. The business continues to develop and expand, providing recent security at the Rugby Fan Zone in 2015 and is committed to improving the reputation of the security industry and improving the safety of businesses, events and their people. Stonewall Security supports the local community and sponsors local Rugby and Football teams.

We've only just said, "Happy New Year!"

And we're already on the second payroll.

We all know the year is running out so quickly,

So it might also be a good time to start thinking about

the rollout of bank holidays we have just around the corner:

Β¬ 29 March and 1 April

Bank holidays are important days for some of our clients.

Those in construction are concerned about the protection of their sites

during the bank holidays,

while retailers are concerned with managing increasing demands

and ensuring their staff and inventory are safe.

It is also a challenging time for us in security,

to balance staff time off versus increasing demand.

So, we advise our clients to inform us of their needs

so we can assist them during such challenging times.

Call us now to protect your business during bank holidays

At about past 19:00 yesterday,

we received a call about someone locked in one of our client's buildings.

We swung into action and had the stranded individual out, then alarmed the building.

Moments like this remind us that no one is too prepared for such an incident.

Having a second set of eyes and ears is important to keep everyone safe. You too can benefit from this lifesaving service.

Payment only occurs on call-outs, so you won't be paying on days without a call-out.

Take away the panic and stress from your employees and let a professional security team handle your building security.

Police patrols, while essential, may face limitations in accessing private properties or have jurisdictional constraints.

In instances where suspicious activity is observed around your premises, the police might rely on visible contact information to alert property owners of any concerning developments.

Maximize the effectiveness of police patrols and enhance your property's security with our Stonewall Warning Sign.

Displayed prominently on your business premises, it serves as a deterrent to potential intruders and a direct line for law enforcement to communicate any issues.

Having a "Private Property" sign alone may not deter unwanted parking.

As some people always have a genuine reason for trespassing.

This act can be particularly disturbing when you live

Or do business in an isolated area like a farm.

Here is an advice we gave a client

That may benefit your business:

Β¬ Get restricted parking signs.
Β¬ Make them visible to all trespassers.

Unauthorised and even overnight parking can cause you unwanted distress

And potentially pose a threat to your business.

It's also important to note that placing a "no parking" sign must be visible

And you must be able to enforce them by identifying and taking action against trespassers.

Our mobile security can help you enforce your no-parking rules by being there at suspected hours.

Let's help you enforce your "no parking".

AI speeds up processes, including criminal activities.

But how does this impact the physical security industry when it comes to cybercrime?

We've seen AI used to trick people using deepfake videos.

However, with cybersecurity, the danger can be big, causing unimaginable harm.

Imagine an attack on your remote security transmission process.

This means a criminal getting the same info you get from your CCTV, home cameras, and doorbell access.

We all know these things happen. But with AI, the problem could be much bigger.

So, you should:

Β¬ Check your login logs to see if any other computers have access to your remote security apps.
Β¬ Use anti-malware and internet security systems.
Β¬ Regularly test your devices for vulnerabilities.

If something doesn't feel right, it probably isn't.
