Confession time.
A few months ago, I thought the answer was simply creating more content.
More posts. More reels. More platforms.
The more I've worked on content systems and AI automation, the more I've realised that's probably the wrong question.
What most small businesses struggle with isn't creativity.
It's consistency.
Business owners are busy serving customers, answering enquiries, managing staff, doing paperwork, and trying to have a life outside of work.
Creating content often becomes another job on an already full list.
That's one of the reasons I've been building content and automation systems.
Not to flood social media with AI-generated content.
Not to replace people.
Simply to remove some of the friction.
Because the easier it is to show up consistently, the more likely it is to happen.
One useful post every day is often worth more than ten posts that nobody engages with.
I'm curious...
Do you think consistency is more important than volume when it comes to social media?
