We at TM Plastics Ltd have been part of on going project making cell bodies, manifolds and other parts for a major electrochemical company. This process results in extracting a chemical called Vanadium.

Each cell consists of a cathode and anode which we machine using our state of the art CNC Router, the Manifolds are machined and fabricated on site along with it all being pressure tested. Finally, the intricate parts are machined using our CNC lathes.

Its been a pleasure to be a part of this project and we're looking forward to the next one starting next month.

We manufacturer heavy duty UHMW PE Loading Bumpers at competitive prices | These are similar in many respects to the standard 750mm rubber dock bumper, however this has a low friction co-efficient front plate made from 40mm thick yellow UHMW PE with a Nylon cover.

These are just a few examples of what our 4th axis Hurco VMX50m is capable of machining | From in feed scrolls for the F&B industry or a simple polypropylene pipe with a thread and numerous holes.

This Hurco is an unbelievable machine and is one which is continuously running and is something our experienced engineers love working with

A couple of small PEEK items we CNC machine here at TM Plastics | These items have some intricate operations with threads and a small 3mm bore | PEEK is hard wearing, has both good with electrical properties and chemical solvents which is why it’s been used for this job
