We undertake professional valuation services from single items up to complete house contents including inheritance tax valuations, retail replacement valuations and pre-sale guide prices. We have access to a huge archive of past auction results worldwide enabling us to accurately provide vendors with current price guide information. HOUSE CLEARANCE
If you are handling a deceased estate or merely downsizing and wish to turn your assets into cash, one of our consultants will be pleased to visit you and offer evaluation advice. Full or part house clearances are conducted sympathetically, swiftly and securely employing our own porters and transport facilities. There are normally no up front fees to pay - our charges are deducted from the proceeds of the auction sale.
