Covid lockdown update 5th Jan 2021

We are still fully operational, orders being sent daily and callouts being performed in a Covid secure manner.

After a 900 mile round trip looking after 3 of our most Northern customers on Wednesday and Thursday. It is nice for Paul to come back to the office to a review like this.

I was skeptical..........but then their service engineer arrived Paul happy to help, nothing too much trouble, no sharp intake of breathes. He knew his stuff and he got ALL components, feeders, rollers etc working. Brilliant would recommend to anyone - reference component charges extra......wow £40 !! for something that hadn't worked for 2 years and I was told by previous company it was financially not viable. Excellent company. thank you Paul

Office administrator with potential for graphic design and print work for the right candidate.

- Must have a confident, competent, friendly and approachable manner. This is very important, it’s how we sell ourselves to our customers.
- I.T. component.
- Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobate extremely desirable but not essential for the right candidate.
- Experience in a print or online retail environment is highly desirable.

Working on paper folding machine, folder inserters and print finishing machines.

Industry experience is highly desirable but not essential. Role involves diagnoses and resolution of mechanical failure (or operator error). Might suit former photocopier technician or persons with experience in the print industry.

Driving licence essential.

Candidate must be well presented and of a friendly approachable manner to co-inside with our company ethos.

Responding to customer’s breakdowns, by phone then in person if required
Providing routine servicing for contract customers if close by and time is available
Carrying out machine refurbishment at HQ when not on the road
Average 3 days on the road 2 days at HQ
Training and direct support from the service manager

Salary £16,000 – £22,000 depending on experience. Plus customer satisfaction bonus
Benefits 28 days holiday which can be used during the school holidays, Pension, no bank holidays and weekends off.
