We have been affected by an email bot scam please do not open an email with a file attached asking you to review it.

We have now secured our email all ok again.

The email link takes you to a legitimate Microsoft login page but it can see what you type.

If you entered any information please change your password immediately.
Also check your email rules settings for any new rules added which it makes automatically delete sent emails.

We are looking for a full time office administrator to join the team.

Our office is in Rushden and the hours are mon-fri 9-5

£25,000 - £28,000 based on experience.

The role involves:

- Taking calls and dealing with customer queries
- Booking jobs and liaising with engineers
- Basic accounting and invoicing
- Dealing with suppliers and stock ordering
- General admin duties

We utilise the latest software for our systems making duties as streamlined as possible.

Computer experience is required and a good understanding of excel and office software is a bonus.
