A look back at our first tour of the Rother Valley 🍷
Just over an hour from London, everyone met at Robertsbridge station, then stepped onto the bus and handed the day over to us. No driving, no planning, no maps.
First stop was Oastbrook, then Oxney (the UK’s largest single-estate organic vineyard), and finally Charles Palmer with those views all the way out to the sea. Three vineyards, twelve w**es, a proper locally sourced lunch with pairings, and the kind of afternoon that ends with full bags of bottles and a chorus of “when can we do that again?”
