We are excited to share that construction has now been completed on the new toilet block in March, Cambridgeshire for Fenland District Council. The project started on site in June 2025 and the grand opening is coming soon!

There has been a lot of public interest in the build with lots of positive feedback regarding its design. Cllr Jan French, deputy leader of Fenland District Council, town and district councillor for March, commented in the 2025 press release: “People told us they wanted to see the old toilet block replaced, and we listened. The design of the new facility is a nod to the character of the old toilet block, while meeting today’s expectations for accessibility and comfort.”

We attended the Cambridge Association of Architects Annual Reception in the John Bradfield Room, a distinctive venue known for its steeply pitched roof, which can be seen rising above the college’s perimeter wall from the street. A memorable location and a great evening all round! Thank you to the CAA for hosting such a lovely event.

Wilby & Burnett are pleased to continue sponsoring Saffron Walden Town Reserves for the 26/27 season. They’ve had a tremendous start to the season with a smashing 2-1 win over last seasons Prem Champs Great Shelford, followed by a 1-0 win against Milton!

We look forward to seeing where the season takes us!

We spotted an interesting feature on one of our site visits… a dog shower facility for the flats above our site! A brilliant idea to keep homes and shared spaces free from mucky paws! 🐾

The partners recently celebrated their 10 year anniversary together with a special meal in Mayfair.

Sean, Stuart and Lianne joined Warren as Partners at Wilby & Burnett in April 2016, bringing with them a shared vision for success which has helped them to reach many important milestones since.

Lianne recently attended the Girton Annual Parish Meeting and was part of the panel answering questions raised by the Parish chair and audience.
Lots of interesting points were raised and the community helped to generate plenty of fun ideas and feedback for the future of the village.
