Thank you to Walden Local for featuring our recent GCDCA award win in the paper!

Our architects were recognised for their involvement with the design and construction of Cottenham Village Hall which won the Greater Cambridge Design and Construction Awards 2026 in the New Building under £3m Construction Value category!

Well done again to everybody involved with the project, and thank you to Walden Local for the support!

We love to see the Saffron Walden Town Reserves winning and we are very proud to sponsor the team! Our Senior Partner, Warren, was lucky enough to catch them win their recent league game against Histon Reserves 4-0.
With only 2 games left to play, promotion is in sight. The final game of the season is at home to West Wratting Reserves on Saturday 2nd May, kick off 3pm. Your support is always welcome!

The final touches are going on…
✨ Our renovation and extension of The Lodge at the lovely Ibstock Place School is nearly complete – transformed, refreshed, and looking absolutely fantastic. ✨
We can’t wait to see it in use!

We were recently called out to a South London School who noticed some cracking. Electrical and gas safe engineers were called in to check pipes / cables and we are now working with Structural Engineers and insurers to find a solution.

We are excited to share that the Cambridge Association of Architects magazine featured our ongoing project in their ‘Work in Progress’ section. The new toilet block in March, Cambridgeshire for Fenland District Council project started on site in June 2025 with completion due Spring 2026.

We are thrilled to announce that Cottenham Village Hall is the winner of the Greater Cambridge Design and Construction Awards 2026 in the New Building under £3m Construction Value category!

The Wilby & Burnett team had a fabulous time celebrating the project’s success at The Auditorium at Pembroke College, Cambridge on Wednesday evening - a lovely way to honour Village Halls Week as well!
