Fantastic day this weekend with Anna Eggleton - the winner of our competition with Laurence Shahlaei and FLEX Magazine UK

Anna won a personal strongman training session with world renowned strongman Laurence “Big Loz” Shahlaei!

As well as her training session, Anna won a unique piece of spray paint art, created by LVNG Chief Creative Officer Ant Steel

Putting those finishing touches in place ahead of the Launch Party this weekend SwetBox - the new home of boxing and kickboxing fitness in St Albans. WE HAVE A WINNER!!!

This original piece of modern art was created to capture the spirit of commitment, passion and determination. Autographed by himself, it has been used to raise funds for Autism - a cause very close to Big Loz’s Heart.
