Happy New Year! After my first day back at work, I’m genuinely excited for what 2026 has in store.

Before the pace picks up, I want to look back for a moment and say a sincere thank you to my TAB Members, colleagues, and network for the support they gave throughout 2025.

TAB Boards work because business owners show up for each other – offering challenge, accountability, advice, and introductions when it matters most. That peer support is the difference between setting big goals and actually delivering on them.

Last year we celebrated some outstanding Champagne Moments – the meaningful business and personal milestones each Member committed to at the start of the year. These were goals that demanded real focus, effort and belief, and simply would not have happened without a trusted peer group backing them.

We also recognised our Board Members of the Year - selected by their Boards not just for what they achieved, but for their consistency, contribution, support, and commitment to their fellow Members. Peer recognition like this is what makes these awards so meaningful.

I’m hugely appreciative of my TAB colleagues for the collaboration, insight, encouragement and belief in the work we do. And to those in my network who supported me or my Members with introductions, advice and support – their generosity made a real impact, and I’m grateful for it.

Now… onto 2026.

Here’s to bigger goals, braver conversations, stronger businesses, and more Champagne Moments worth celebrating.

Tomorrow, I will be running my second marathon - the ABP Newport South Wales Marathon. As a last-minute impulse, I have set up a page to support the new registered charity based in .

In simple terms, Pad Project UK aims to act like a food bank helping people across the UK for healthcare and hygiene items. Every £1 donated will go a long way to help their cause.
