Absolutely love helping people develop, grow and fulfill their potential. Have been privileged enough to watch Nina Sparks at Pladis, create and establish the Woman’s Network. I have loved helping it come to life and helping to empower the woman within it. The Network and Nina have help a purpose in getting more woman into engineering and in leadership roles. So pleased they have been recognised for the work by wining the award, and so proud to be part of it. Congratulations ladies. 👏 💫 🌟💜
