An opportunity has arisen for an experienced medical account manager to join my client who is a medical education agency. This is an established business involved in assessing and delivering both marketing and education projects under contract varied and innovative by nature. The business is very well routed in medical science and marketing, and is able to profile its client’s key opinion leaders and deliver a range of communications as part of its strategic services including and not limited to medical presentations, a full range of printed and digital publications, advisory and patient materials, video and animation, all drawn together as one recommended and agreed strategy.
This is quite obviously no ordinary account management role the successful candidate will be joining a committed team, where your own medical education, sales account or project management experience will enable you quickly grasp the ropes and communicate from day one in a confident and client focused way, and in no time you should be able to advise the junior team on their own projects.
Reporting to a director and operating at senior account manager level, you will be exposed to a variety of challenges where the work is interesting varied and sometimes intense but always creative and satisfying.
You will need a BSc 2:1 in biomedical sciences or pharmacy, ideally from a top 30 university, together with either 3 years of project or sales account management experience. It may be you have previously worked in a large MedEd or Pharma and relish a new challenge where you will play a big part in the continued success of the business.
£ Salary competitive and negotiable according to experience
